Collaborations
Dani, the Peaceful Scorpion, believes in community.
There’s a beautiful Sanskrit word that she loves: Kula. Kula can be translated to community or heart-centered family. Dani loves meeting other healers and knows that we are more powerful as a group, a collective. Be sure to check the schedules and join the Peaceful Scorpion mailing list to catch classes, workshops and retreats that these magical women create for you!
Here are some of the amazing healers that Dani is blessed to be able to collaborate with:

Molly completed her first teacher training in 2017 at the Akasha Yoga Academy and most recently her Yoga Therapist Certification (2025) with Prema Yoga Institute in 2025 (C-IAYT) which allows her to support individuals to navigate the seasons of their lives through yogic wisdom and techniques.
Molly’s intention is to give others the opportunity for self-exploration, healing and to cultivate tools for deep inner listening. Her style of teaching is based on the Hatha tradition, and focuses on mindful movement, awareness and connection with Self. She aims to honor the history and philosophy of Yoga while allowing space for each student’s individual journey and lived experiences.

Marissa Rignola
Marissa began my journey of self-healing and self-discovery in the early 2000’s when she received her first degree Usui Reiki Certification, followed by her second, and later became a Reiki Master.
She found my heart and home in the spiritual practice of shamanism and became a shamanic practitioner through The Sanctuary NY’s training program. Marissa continues to stay active in the community and mentor new students.
The ancestors have chosen to work through her and it is her honor to bring their messages, wisdom and unfinished healing to you so that you can progress forward, free of what was handed down to you.
Marissa taps into Source, and the Spirit Guides of her clients and lets earth-based wisdom guide her one-on-one sessions. She also offer Akashic record readings, cord cuttings, soul retrievals, sound healings and more.
She is a non-indigenous New Yorker living with her husband and their two sons. They enjoy hiking, our beautiful beaches and spending time in nature.
Dani and Marissa often collaborate on workshops at Vana Yoga.

She has dedicated years of study to understanding the role of the breath awareness and the breath cycle in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Informed by well documented scientific data and centuries of tradition, she is convinced that modern western medicine can be augmented by integrating systems that value the role of the breath such as yoga, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
She is committed to life-long learning, currently studying Pelvic Floor Yoga with Leslie Howard, Traditional Chinese Medicine and its applications to yoga through Yoga Medicine, with Tiffany Cruikshank, L.Ac, and is enrolled in Wisdom School with Embodied Philosophy.
