Amy’s yoga journey began in 2006 with the discovery of physical ailments that affected her everyday life. Seeking a change in her physical well being she began practicing yoga within her own home. With the discovery of the physical benefits of yoga, she sought out local yoga studios to deepen her practice. From there she began to reap the mental and spiritual benefits that yoga serves. With the hope of bringing this knowledge to others she studied for her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification and is continuing her 500 hour certification through Laughing Lotus. Amy has been leading playful and dynamic yoga classes since 2016. Her classes are filled with inspiring playlists and creative sequencing that challenges each student to their personal edge.

Lisa stepped out of the corporate world and onto her mat in 2009, and thus the journey began. As a devoted student, she began to practice yoga every day and immediately saw how yoga can transform your body, mind, and soul. Within weeks her lower back pain disappeared and she began to notice how her body was becoming stronger and more flexible.
Lisa invites students to come to class with an open mind and heart, experience the journey of yoga, and find peace on and off the mat. Her classes are taught with a “Yoga is for everyone” approach. From gentle asana to a challenging vinyasa flow, her teaching style speaks to every level student.
