Last Quarter Moon | Yin Yoga

When:
Where:Virtual Studio with Molly Vallillo

Falling after the revelation of the full moon, the last quarter moon is the time when we make our journey back into the dark. Join Molly for dharma talk exploring the last quarter moons significance, a pranayama practice and guided yin postures which lead you into the balance between harvest and surrender.

Yin yoga focuses on grounding, passive postures targeting the deep connective tissue and fascia. Tap into your subtle energy, known as meridians or channels or nadis. This practice asks us to fully let go and release, to observe what arises and to breathe through unease.
